On this point, safe riding could not only improve them fitness and help to grow up but also boost the positive mental attitude through sport active.

For some family, the parents help to develop kids cycling hobby in a local cycling club, UK has a strong cycling club scene, most of which have a junior section.
The clubs can provide appropriate support, riding skill and the opportunity to ride more.
When club cycling compares to the common road riding, junior cycling system can get more comprehensive training, from riding skill to road safe education.

Most people know to ride the bike, but still, have a small proportion of adult do not know how to ride.

Well, we do not forget that every year, 1.25 Million people die from a road accident. Half of those dying on the world’s roads are “vulnerable road users”: pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
Go to get the cycling knowledge seems necessary.
No matter how good you’re on riding, still should keep on learning something new in our daily life.
Cycling school offers the cycling systems, road safety and much more than self-study.
3.How we can do: ROAD SAFETY
1) Fully prepare before biking out:
Helmet: Get a comfortable bicycle helmet can help you prevent the serious bike injury. This effective way is the purpose of protecting your head if you will have an unexpected situation on the road.
Check your bike: Learn to be a “part-time engineer” of your own bike, check it out before biking out, especially for long distance riding. If necessary, prepare an easy carry bike repair kit for repair purpose.
Bike Lighting: front light and light on the back.
Bicycle first aid kit: Prepare for unexpected.
We cannot prevent bad thing happen but can prepare for unexpected.
Easy carry kit with necessary medical components: Antiseptic Towelettes for wound cleaning, plasters for small Scratches, roll gauze or Pressure Bandages for bleeding.
2) Use riding hand signal
Learn and master those hand signal will benefit for your lifetime as long as your bike out, like those from liv-cycling.
3)Riding in the bicycle Land and stay focused on moving traffic
As the cyclist in the city, you and i should follow the rule of the road, and be riding in the bicycle lands.
