Almost every country has mountain biking rescue association or organization, mountain biking rescue almost happen every Connor of the world, before getting help from them, we still can do something by ourselves if you have first aid kit close at hand.
Every time when you go out for mountain biking, estimate and manage the risks on your trails and prepared necessary emergency items to include cycling first aid kit, unique kit, which can hang on the bike. It would be better, only use it when we need it. Save up backpack space for more necessary riding stuff.
Be sure you have 3 first aid categories:
—Clean & Protection: For injury wounds, it depends on drinking water, if water is enough, use it to watering the bleeding and dirty things on your skin. Then use Antiseptic Towelettes to clean the wound carefully.
—-Small scratches: if your local temperature is high, it’s ok to leave the would callus by itself. if the temperature is around 15-degree centigrade, you can choose to use a bandage to protect the wounds.
—Medium cuts & bleeding: after clean the wounds, use pressure bandages, non-adherents pads or blood stopper to control the situation first.
If it’s really serious, you should immediately seek professional medical care quickly or mountain rescue team.
